Gardiner Lodging Policies
A few simple rules for a smooth trip.Make your Gardiner hotel reservation and check-in process go as smoothly as possible by taking a moment to read over our policies. If anything is unclear, or if you have questions that aren't covered here, simply call 800-780-7234.
DepositsA valid credit card is required at time of booking to hold your reservation. Change of plans? Cancel for free up to 48 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations made inside 48 hours of arrival are subject to a fee equal to the first night's room and tax for the reservation. Unapproved credit cards will result in reservation cancellation.
Reservations and FeesReservations may be made up to 13 months in advance. Rates are based on single or double occupancy. The rate will increase by $10, not including package components, per additional adult in the room. Children age 17 and under do not affect the rate.
You may book up to nine rooms online under the same name or address. Any additional rooms booked under that same name or address will be automatically canceled because a group contract is required to reserve 10 or more rooms. In that case, just call the Group Sales Department at 406-646-7365, ext 185.
Special requests are noted and maintained in the reservation system. However, specific room numbers or locations cannot be guaranteed.
The fees for Yellowstone National Park 7-day passes, which are not included in your room rate, are as follows:
- $35 per private, non-commercial vehicle
- $30 per motorcycle
- $20 per visitor entering by foot, bicycle, skis or snowshoes
