SERVICE UPDATES AT YELLOWSTONE
TEMPORARY CLOSURE ANNOUNCEMENTS
The Holiday Inn® West Yellowstone and The Branch Restaurant & Bar are undergoing renovations during the 2023-2024 winter season, and are currently closed. Their projected re-opening date is April 15, 2024. To compensate, Yellowstone Park Hotel will be open for winter reservations from December 15, 2023 to March 15, 2024.
Important: Due to limited parking, there is a no-trailer policy at Yellowstone Park Hotel that will be strictly enforced. Owners who park a trailer at Yellowstone Park Hotel may be towed at their own expense.
The Ridgeline Hotel® at Yellowstone and the Jim Bridger Explorer Cabins in Gardiner, MT are temporarily closed, re-opening for winter stays beginning December 15, 2023. We are currently taking reservations for future stays.
The Yellowstone Mine Restaurant in Gardiner, MT is also temporarily closed, with an estimated re-opening date of December 10, 2023 (subject to change). The Rusty Rail Lounge will remain open during the closure

You can book online or call us at 877-600-4308 Monday-Friday from 7 AM – 7 PM MST, Saturday-Sunday from 10 AM – 6:30 PM MST. Please Note: our call center is experiencing a higher than usual call volume. If you need to contact a reservations agent, please be aware that your time on hold may be longer than normal. Alternately, you may book your reservation online. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
