At Yellowstone Vacations we are focused on creating a great guest experience, and the health and safety of our employees and guests is our highest priority. We are taking appropriate actions to help prevent the spread of the coronavirus based on the guidance of the CDC.
As result of these actions, and after careful consideration, we have decided to temporarily close all Yellowstone Vacations-operated hotels, cabins, restaurants, and tours/rentals in West Yellowstone and Gardiner, MT. We are closely following the opening guidelines set by the CDC below is a list of our re-opening schedule.

Some services may be limited or unavailable due to thorough sanitation requirements and social distancing measures. As a result, all resort fees are waived through December 31, 2020.
Guests with a current reservation:
If you have a reservation arriving before May 28, your reservation has been canceled and the deposit is in the process of being refunded.
If you have a current reservation arriving on or before June 30, 2020 and would like to cancel or make changes, you may do so without a charge up to 24 hours prior to arrival. Please note that any changes to existing reservations will be subject to availability and any rate differences. If you have a reservation booked and would like to change your reservation to another date or discuss alternate lodging, please call us at 877-600-4308 from 7AM - 7PM MDT or you may re-book online at any time. Please have your confirmation number and the email address used available when re-booking. Otherwise, you can send an email to Reservations@delawarenorth.com and we will respond as soon as our office reopens.
Check-in information for guests arriving May 29-June 4
As your West Yellowstone trip grows closer, we wanted to bring some updated check-in information to your attention.
If you are staying at the Explorer Cabins at Yellowstone, you can pick up your keys at the nearby Holiday Inn West Yellowstone, which is located at 315 Yellowstone Avenue.
If you have an existing reservation at Gray Wolf Inn & Suites or Yellowstone Park Hotel, we have automatically transferred your stay to the Holiday Inn. Your reservation is secure at the Holiday Inn. If you would like to cancel your reservation, please contact us.

Updated Cancellation Policy:
For all Delaware North Parks and Resorts locations as part of our newly established Rest Assured program, we have created a new cancellation policy that provides our guests with the confidence of flexibility during these challenging times.
Under this policy, all reservations arriving on or after July 1, 2020, will be permitted to change or cancel at no charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date. Please note that changes to the reservation will be subject to availability and any rate differences.

Yellowstone Vacations Management
Additionally, the National Park Service has announced that effective immediately, Yellowstone National Park and Grand Teton National Park are closed to all park visitors until further notice. State highways and/or roads that transcend park/state boundaries will remain open, but there will be no visitor access permitted to either park.
